Collage Workshop at the Center of Migrant Worker’s Children, Beijing

This workshop was held at the Center of Migrant Worker Children in Miyun, Beijing with the RISD Alumni Association. These kids do not usually have art classes, so with our session, we wanted to help them to re-examine their lives through the process of art-making to incorporate creativity and imagination into their lives. By combining techniques of drawing and collage, we worked together to create our understanding of the city of Beijing.
